Shelnutt Land Surveys is a full service land surveying company established in 1987 by Glenn Allen Shelnutt, a professional and licensed land surveyor in the state of Tennessee.  We work primarily in northeastern Tennessee (Washington, Sullivan, Carter, Unicoi, Johnson and Greene counties), but are licensed throughout the state.

We offer boundary, topographical, and construction surveying.  We do commercial and residential surveying.  We perform mortgage surveys, ALTA / ACSM surveys, volume surveys, flood surveys, elevation surveys, FEMA certificates, and wetland surveys.  We also create legal descriptions. 

We can assist you with land planning, subdivision design, and demographic surveys (zoning).
